1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ab444 website accessible at ab444.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and services offered therein.
• "ab444", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the ab444 platform.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's Account, including deposited amounts and credited winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted by ab444 to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and ab444. By completing the registration process and creating an Account, You unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with ab444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 ab444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ab444 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility

By registering an Account, You confirm that You are at least 21 years old. ab444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility: The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that using the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to You in Your jurisdiction. ab444 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any location outside its intended market.

3.3 Excluded Persons: The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account on the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform in connection with a problem gambling concern;
• Employees of ab444 or any affiliated entity, and their immediate family members;
• Any person acting on behalf of or in the interests of any of the above categories.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and must keep such information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your Account details with any third party. ab444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC): ab444 may require You to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where ab444 has reasonable grounds to verify Your identity. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ab444 may result in Account suspension.

4.5 Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of Your Account at any time by contacting ab444 customer support. Any pending bets or transactions will be settled in the normal course prior to closure. Remaining Funds (subject to verification) will be returned to Your nominated payment method.

5. Deposits

5.1 ab444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; current options are displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed during the deposit process.

5.3 ab444 does not charge a deposit fee on standard transactions. However, Your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which ab444 accepts no responsibility.

5.4 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in Your own name. ab444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be returned and the Account subjected to review.

5.5 Deposited funds are intended for gaming and betting activity on the Platform. ab444 is not a financial institution and does not provide interest on deposited balances.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once full KYC verification has been completed. ab444 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply; current limits are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page.

6.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account from which the most recent deposit was made, unless otherwise approved by ab444's compliance team.

6.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 30 minutes to 4 hours of approval.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank / City Bank / BRAC Bank: Typically within 1 to 3 business days of approval.

6.5 ab444 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. Your payment provider's own fees may apply.

6.6 ab444 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 ab444 offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page.

7.3 Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements, or may be excluded from bonus wagering altogether. Applicable game restrictions are specified in the individual promotional terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period, after which any unused bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited. Expiry dates are stated on each promotional offer.

7.5 Abuse and Fraud: ab444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse or exploit promotional offers. Indicators of bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting low-house-edge games to clear wagering requirements contrary to the spirit of the offer, and coordinated wagering strategies.

7.6 A Player may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 All games available on the Platform are provided by licensed and certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own ruleset, which is accessible within the game interface.

8.2 All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by real physical processes conducted by live dealers. ab444 does not interfere with game outcomes.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, ab444 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. ab444's decision in such circumstances is final.

8.4 ab444 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or modify a Player's access to specific games or betting markets at its sole discretion, including where unusual wagering patterns are detected.

8.5 The minimum and maximum bet sizes applicable to each game or betting market are displayed within the game or market interface.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab444 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes or betting results;
• Match-fixing or any form of corruption in sports betting markets;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, convert, or transfer the proceeds of illegal activity;
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after gameplay has taken place;
• Providing false, stolen, or third-party payment details;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ab444 staff or other players;
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the ab444 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, game interfaces, and the overall design of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of ab444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of ab444's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 ab444 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by ab444's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at ab444.io/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering an Account, You consent to the collection and processing of Your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.

11.3 ab444 does not sell, rent, or share Your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to service providers engaged by ab444 to deliver the Platform's services, and to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

13.3 ab444's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ab444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15.3 Any dispute between You and ab444 that cannot be resolved through ab444's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration, the details of which will be communicated to You at the time the dispute is escalated.
